Probado científicamente:

✔️En 20 minutos olvidas el 40% de la información.
✔️En 48 horas – 80%.

El trabajo del cerebro es conservar energía. Por lo tanto, filtrará lo que considera poco importante. ?
Y no es suficiente solo decidir recordar algo. El cerebro decide por ti qué es importante y qué no. ??‍♂️

? Para que tu cerebro encuentre la información importante, debe tropezar con ella una y otra vez, así que:
